If you fall between sizes, then it's best to size up. The sleeve measurements are from where the sleeve is attached, but the actual sleeve measurement will be greater, due to the garment benefitting from drop shoulders (see photos on models for greater clarity).
Please allow a small + / - variance in sizes stated.
How To Measure:

Chest: Measure about 1.5 cms under where your armpits are (around the widest part of your chest).
- Body Length: Let the tape measure hang from where the shoulder meets the neck to find necessary length of top.
