Shipping policy

We only create / order our products once an order has been placed by you on our website, and this can take up-to 10 days to fulfil (for print on demand items, such as t-shirts, hoodies, etc.) and up-to 7 days to fulfil for all other items. We will always endeavour to satisfy orders as quickly as possible, and our average time to fulfil orders is 2-3 days (depending on when an item is ordered - if an item is ordered on a Friday afternoon, it will not be despatched as quickly due to the weekend).

If you have any doubts or questions around the delivery of your order, or if you need them to be delivered by a certain date, then please email: james@getyersustainableon.com and we will do all we can to ensure your order is received in time.

(Occasionally we may offer pre-order of certain items, in which case products will be created / ordered only once the pre-order period specified has ended).

This is to minimise waste and unnecessary production.

We currently only ship to the United Kingdom.

We offer £3 flat-fee tracked next day delivery on all orders up to £100.

We offer FREE tracked next day delivery on all order of £100+.

We may occasionally offer free delivery on all orders. 

Occasionally, there may be unavoidable delays, due to strike action, busy holiday seasons, or adverse weather conditions. Please be understanding about these circumstances outside of our control, and be assured that we will always try to work with you to resolve any issues quickly and satisfactorily. Thanks for understanding.

Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.

If your parcel is not delivered within 5 days, then it's likely there’s been a delay in transit.

Please allow 14 working days for postage before contacting us.
